摘要
对导向绳断裂的挂钩断口进行了宏观观察,并做了电镜扫描、能谱分析和电子探针微区成分分析,综合断口的多个特征,判断挂钩断裂为韧性破坏。从力学、材料、加工和外部环境作用等方面考察断裂失效的原因,认为加工制造过程中出现的裂纹是挂钩断裂的主要原因。
Through macroscopic observation, scanned by Electron Microscopy,electron probe microanalysis and energy dispersion spectrum a- nalysis were performed on the fracture of tightwire pothook and was judged that the frac- ture was tenacity destroy from many characteris tic of fracture section.Meanwhile,In order to find the failure reason,four aspects of mechan- ics,material,manufacture and environment effect were considered,and the crack,in common rec- ognition,that was engendered in the process of manufacture was main reason for failure.
