Study of Normal Human Skin with 15 MHz Ultrasound

摘要 为研究正常人体皮肤声像及其厚度,本文使用15MHz内带水囊探头的实时灰阶超声仪,对60例正常人全身17个不同部位的皮肤进行声像观察及超声测厚,另测量2块新鲜成年尸体皮肤实际厚度与超声测厚相比较,并将组织切片图与声像图对照,结果发现正常皮肤表现为两条平行的强回声细带,中间夹以较宽的中等回声带。皮肤厚度范围:0.61±0.27mm(眼睑)~4.95±0.93mm(足跟),平均厚度1.82±0.37mm。 In order to study ultrasongraphy of normal skin, a real time scanner with a build in water path probe of 15 MHz was used. Examination was performed at 17 sites in 60 healthy volunteers. Two fresh skin specimens of adult cadaver were examined. Their actual thickness was measured and compared with the value obtained by ultrasound and histological sections were also made with figures contracted with those in ultrasonography. The normal skin was visualized as two parallea hyperechoic lines with a moderately echogenic layer in between. The skin thickness ranged from 0.61±0.27mm (eyelid) to 4.95±0.93mm (heel) with an overall mean value of 1.82±0.37mm. The value of skin ultrasound examination is discussed.
