摘要
近几年来,山区电大发展较快,教学质量也有所提高。但目前在教育教学中还存在着开放特点不明显、网络教学环境不完善、专职教师工作职能未全面发挥、网络资源利用率低及面授辅导到课率低等问题。究其原因,主要是对开放教育教学模式认识不足,对网络教学环境重视不够,学生缺乏学习的自觉性及必要的学习技能所致。解决这些问题应从加强对开放教育理论的学习及研究,更加重视网络教学环境的建设,进一步认识并发挥教师的职能及面授辅导课的作用,在激发学生学习兴趣的同时,进一步培养学生运用多媒体的能力等方面着手。
In the last few years, with the development of ＇IV university in the mountainous area, problems emerge at the same time： the so - called open education is not open enough, the network system is not functioning properly, the full - time teachers are not doing their jobs adequately and students do not attend classes regularly and they are not using the network enough,etc.The author looks at the causes for these problems and comes up with suggestions to bring them under control so as to promote the quality and development of the open education in the mountainous region.
