摘要
以３氢－胸腺嘧啶核苷放射自显影法及ＨＥ（苏木紫－伊红）染色，观察并分别测定了１８例正常子宫内膜增殖中期、１５例增殖晚期的腺上皮细胞或间质细胞的标记指数（ＬＩ）、分裂指数（ＭＩ）。结果显示：子宫内膜增殖晚期腺上皮细胞或间质细胞之ＬＩ均明显高于增殖中期（Ｐ＜０．００５，Ｐ＜０．００５）。同时，增殖晚期间质细胞之ＭＩ也明显高于增殖中期（Ｐ＜０．００５），即此两种细胞在增殖晚期中增生明显，其增生状态初步获得了定位定量测定的正常值。
Glandular epithelial cells or stromal cells of midproliferative phase in 18 endometrial biopsies and lateproliferative phase in 15 endometrial biopsies from normal women were measured by 3H TdR autoradiography and HE staining.The label index (LI) and the mitosis index (MI) of these cells were obtained.The results showed that the LI of glandular epithelial cells or stromal cells of lateproliferative phase were significantly higher than midproliferative phase (P<0 005,P<0 005)respectively.The value of proliferation of cells of proliferative phase of endometrium for quantitative and positional analysis of cell proliferation may be obtained using above methods.
