摘要
通过分析现有采煤机用整体式开关磁阻电机驱动器在实际应用中所存在的问题,提出了一种组合式驱动器的概念,并介绍了研制过程。该方案便于井下搬运、拆卸和安装,从而可以减少故障停机时间,提高采煤机产量。
On the basis of analyzing the existed integral driver shortcomings for the electra shearer, a kind of combined driver is proposed. The driver has the advantages of easy to carry, dismantle and install in the mine, so it can reduce the time of shutting down of trouble and improve the output of the Shearer.
