摘要
期刊的学术质量主要取决于所发表论文的学术水平,而稿件处理的好坏直接影响所发表论文的质量。为此,编辑应从初审、终审、编辑加工以及校对工作几个环节入手,努力把好期刊的学术质量关。
Academic quality of periodical is mainly determined by the academic level of the paper that has been published in it, and the paper is whether handled well or not would directly effect on the quality of the paper, Therefore, editors should proteed well with the several aspects of first trial, final trial, editorial modification and proofreading, and make efforts to improve the academic quality of the periodical.
