摘要 目的研究正常者的咬合功能状况。方法用T-scanⅡ型系统4.02版记录26名正常青少年在牙尖交错位(ICP)的力总值(TOF)、力不对称指数(AOF)、力中心点位置(COF)、力中心点最大位移(MMCOF)、干扰指数(OII)、接触点数(NOC)、接触面积不对称指数(AOA)。分析力及咬合接触点的分布规律。结果①正常者三次咬合记录的左右侧力百分比及COF无显著性差异。②正常者AOF、MMCOF、OII均较小,男性力总值大于女性(P<0.05)。③正常者NOC主要分布在磨牙区,前牙几乎无接触,咬合接触点与力成正相关。结论①T-scanⅡ系统传感器薄膜具有良好的重复性。②正常者具有平衡稳定的咬合。 Objective To investigate occlusal contacts of normal occlusion in the intercuspal position (ICP). Methods Twenty six normal occlusion adolescents were recruited in the study. T-scan system 4.02 was used to record these indexes including Total Occlusal Force (TOF), Asymmetry index of occlusal force(AOF), Center of Force(COF), Maximal movement of COF (MMCOF), Occlusal interference index (OⅡ), Number of Occlusal Contacts (NOC) and Asymmetry index of occlusal area(AOA) in the intercuspal position(ICP). Analyze The pertinence and distributing rules of TOF and NOC were analyzed. Results ① In the normal occlusion it was no significant difference existed in the percent of bite force at the left and the right sides and COF of three bite records. ②The AOF, MMCOF and OII were lower, and the TOF of male was larger than that of female ( P 〈 0.05) in the normal occlusion. ③The NOC of normal occlusion was 20.46±5.01 and mainly distributes in molar region, and few contacts were in the anterior region. Conclusion ①T-scan Ⅱ system shows acceptable reproducibility. ②The occlusion of normal occlusion is balance and stabilization.
