摘要
新型工业化已成为当前中国经济和社会发展研究的一个热点。安徽省作为中部欠发达省份,探讨安徽新型工业化发展状况及其优势与不足,有较强的理论和实际意义。根据建立的新型工业化指标体系,用物元模型进行安徽新型工业化综合评价。其结论表明,安徽省2004年新型工业化水平已经进入中级阶段,但还是较低水平的,仍处于中级阶段的前期。安徽省新型工业化建设的优势在于资源与环境状况子系统,不足之处在于科技与信息化子系统。
New industrialization has been a hot topic in the research of economic and social development in China. As an underdeveloped province in central region, research on the advantage and shortage of the development of Anhui new industrialization is valuable both in theory and practice. Based on newly - built indicator system of industrialization, this thesis makes a comprehensive evaluation on Anhui new industrialization through matter- element model. The results indicate that Anhui new industrialization in 2004 has entered the intermediate phase, which is still at a low level. The superiority of the construction of Anhui new industrialization lies in the subsystem of resources and environment state, and the shortage is the subsystem of scientific technology and information.
