在全息图模压复制技术中,金属模板的制造是至为关键的工艺环节。本文介绍了我们在实验中总结出的全息镍压模制造工艺,包括第一个导电层的形成,电铸与翻铸工作模版;并详细介绍了全息模版的主要质量指标及其控制方法。
In the embossing technology of holograms, the making of holographic metal dies is the most important link. The technological processes Summarized by us for making the holographic metal dies are reported in this paper, these include the generating of first conductive film on photogram, electroforming and reproducing working dies. In addition, the main quality indexes and controling methods of holographic metal dies are discussed.
