大型船舶采用气囊上下水工艺安全对策研究 被引量:5

摘要 船舶气囊上下水工艺是一项具有我国自主知识产权的创新技术,20多年的发展实践,证明这项技术具有低成本、低消耗、无污染、高效率、高可靠性、机动灵活的特点。以目前的技术水平,只要严格执行操作规程,下水2万吨级以下的船舶已安全可行。市场的需求和技术的发展希望在更大型的船舶上采用气囊上下水工艺,针对大型和超大型船舶采用气囊上下水工艺中存在的不确定因素,从技术和管理的角度提出对策,以求促进此项技术的健康发展。 Ship launch and upgrade technology using airbags has been applied for twenty years and more in China and has been proved that is a innovative technology having the merits of low cost, low consumption and pollutant, high efficiency, reliability and maneuverability, as well as having own knowledge property right. At present, it is feasible and safety to launch a ship up to 20 000 t class relying on airbags, however, it is expect to launch larger ship than 20 000 t with airbags to meet the requirements of market economy and technology advance. So we have carried out comprehensive investigation and made suggestions of safe countermeasures against uncertain factor that could result in unsafe hidden trouble in case of applying the airbag launch and upgrade technology to larger ships, in order to promote that technology developing healthily. This is a general report about soft solutions of safe countermeasures from the view of technical and administrant aspect.
