摘要
目的比较Orbscan眼前节系统和普通角膜地形图仪筛查早期圆锥角膜的应用价值。方法选择我所拟行准分子激光手术患者1829例3652眼,根据检查方法不同分实验组和对照组,检查前均停止配戴角膜接触镜2周以上。对照组采用TomeⅢ角膜地形仪常态小瞳孔下做角膜地形图;实验组采用美国博士伦公司新款Orbscan眼前节诊断系统,半暗室状态下测定。结果实验组972眼检测出临床前期圆锥角膜19眼,检出率1.95%;对照组2680眼检测出临床前期圆锥角膜18眼,检出率0.67%;2组检出率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Orbscan可作为准分子激光屈光手术前筛查的重要检查手段。
Objective To compare the clinical value of Orbscan corneal topography system and common computer assisted corneal topography in screening preclinical phase keratoconus. Methods One thousand eight hundred and twenty-nine cases ( 3 652 eyes), who prepared to do excimer laser refractive surgery, were divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, according to different look up methods, and corneal contact lens were not allowed to wear for 2 weeks before the examination. Corneal topography was made by Tome llI corneal topography system at microcoria in control group, and was also detected by new branded Orbscan corneal topography system which was made by USA BAUSCH & LOMB LIMITED at half dark surroundings in experimental group. Results Nineteen preclinical phase keratoconus were detected in experimental group( 972 eyes) ,and the detectable rate was 1.95% ; 18 preclinical phase keratoconus in control group (2 680 eyes), the detectable rate was 0.67%. There is significant difference between two groups' detectable rate ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Orbscan corneal topography system is an important look up method before excimer laser refractive surgery.
