摘要
目的分析共同性外斜视手术治疗的效果及其可能的影响因素。方法对2003年至2005年在我科行手术治疗有随访记录的126例共同性外斜视患者的术后眼位、视功能情况进行回顾性分析。结果术后近期正位率87.3%(110/126),远期正位率为80.8%(76/94)。术后部分患者获得双眼视功能。结论及时手术治疗外斜视既可以改善外观又可以恢复部分双眼视功能。
Objective To observe the effects of strabismus surgery for treament of concomitant exotropia and analyze the influential factors. Methods From 2003 to 2005,126 patients hospitalized in our department underwent strabismus surgery and followed up were retrospectively analyzed from the deviation and superior sensory outcome. Results One hundred ten cases （87.3%） were completely corrected in one week followed up, and 76 cases in four weeks fol- lowed up. Parts recovered superior sensory. Conclusion Timely surgery of concomitant exotropia can improve not only the appearance but also the function of the eyes.
