经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极汽化电切治疗前列腺增生(附119例报告)

摘要 目的探讨经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的安全性和有效性。方法采用经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切前列腺切除术(TUSP-PKVP),治疗BPH患者119例。结果术中出血少,无闭孔神经反射,2例手术结束时出现TURS早期表现,术后无尿失禁发生。结论经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极汽化电切治疗前列腺增生,具有疗效好、安全性高、术中出血少、并发症少等优点。
