摘要
论述了建立健全干部选拔机制的重要性和紧迫性,分析了优秀青年干部培养对企业发展的重要作用,介绍了陕西省电力公司优秀青年干部选拔培养的具体方法,重点强调了交流挂职作为优秀青年干部培养过程中的一种有益实践的成功经验。
The importance and urgency in establishing and perfecting mechanism of selecting cadres have been expounded, and the important effect of excellent young cadres＇ cultivation upon the development of enterprise being analysed. The concrete method of selecting and cultivating excellent young cadres in Shaanxi Electric Power Company is presented. The successful experience of an advantageous practice in the process of cultivating excellent young cadres, i.e. exchanging post or taking up a temporary post,is emphatically pointed out.
