摘要
水上交通事故,无论是直接还是间接原因,很大程度上与驾驶失误行为有着密切的关系。文章试图从分析驾驶失误行为的主要表现入手,阐述导致驾驶失误行为的内在原因,对如何控制和预防驾驶失误进行了探讨。
To a great extent, Traffic accidents at sea have closely relations with the action of steering errors, no matter the reason is direct or indirect.. The article tried to analyze the main performance of steering errors, expounded the inner reasons leading to steering errors and explored how to control and prevent them.
