重型颅脑外伤患者胃管喂养并发症的护理

CARE OF PATIENTS WITH SEVERE HEAD TRAUMA COMPLICATIONS OF GASTRIC TUBE FEEDING

摘要 目的分析重型颅脑外伤患者胃管喂养并发症原因及护理措施。方法对2004年1月～2006年12月收治的138例重型颅脑外伤患者的资料进行回顾性分析,对其中67例发生胃管喂养并发症患者原因进行分析。结果32例腹泻,10例便秘,5例呕吐,4例胃潴留,8例高糖血症,4例脱管,3例堵管,1例误吸。结论护理人员应重视重型颅脑外伤患者胃管喂养并发症发生,及时采取有效的预防和护理措施,保持和改善患者的营养状况,促进患者康复。
