摘要
目的总结肺动静脉瘘(PAVF)的病因病理、临床表现及诊断、治疗方法,提高诊治水平和治疗效果。方法复习相关文献,并对我院收治的12例肺动静脉瘘病例进行回顾性分析。结果7例经手术治疗均无并发症,远期效果良好;2例经栓塞治疗后效果可,3例未行特殊治疗,失访。结论大多数肺动静脉瘘患者应争取治疗,可行手术或介入治疗。
Objective To summarize the etiopathogenisis, pathology, clinical manifestation and treatment of pulmonary artefiovenous fistttla （ PAVF）, and to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment and the therapeutic efficacy. Methods reviewing the pertinent literature,and retrospectively analyzing 12 eases with PAVF. Results Seven patients were treated by surgery without complications, and had good long - term therapeutic efficacy. Two patient recovered after receiving embolotherapy. Three patients received no special treatment and received no follow - up. Conclusion Most patients with PAVF should be treated, and therapeutic options include angiographie embolization and surgical excision.
