摘要
介绍了所研制的柔性无卤含磷体系EPDM绝热层在某固体火箭发动机中的应用,包括绝热层的主要性能指标,绝热层与推进剂的化学相容性,绝热层界面粘接性能;绝热层模压制件工艺实验结果及绝热层在地面静止试验发动机上的试验情况,实验结果表明,该绝热层密度低、烧蚀性能和成型工艺性良好,并且环保、特征信号低完全满足某固体火箭发动机的绝热问题。
The application of flexible halogen-free phosphorus EPDM insulation to SRM was introduced, such as main property index of insulation, chemical compatibility of insulation and propellant, bonding performance of interface, experimental results for molded piece of insulation and testing situation of insulation in ground test motor and so on. The results show that the insulation has advantages of low density and characteristic signal, good ablation property and forming processability, as well as environmental protection. The kind of insulation can meet heat-insulating demands of SRM.
