摘要 通过燃速测试、高压DSC和TG实验,研究了AP含量及粒度级配对含硼富燃推进剂压强指数的影响。压强指数采用r=apn方程求得。燃速测试结果表明,AP含量增加,AP重均直径减小,均使压强指数升高。DSC和TG分析表明,推进剂中AP含量增加,重均直径越小,推进剂失重速度较快,高压时推进剂放热量增加,燃速增加较大,因而压强指数较高。 The effects of AP content and granularity gradation on pressure exponent of boron based fuel-rich propellant were investigated through burning-rate measurement and high-pressure DSC, TG experiments. The pressure exponents were obtained by means of r = ap^n equation. The experiment results show that the pressure exponent increases with the increase of AP content or the decrease of AP weight mean diameter. DSC and TG analysis shows that the weight lose rate of the propellants speeds up with the increase of AP content or the decrease of weight mean diameter; heat release quantity of propellant under high pressure increases, and burning rate increases greatly, so pressure exponent becomes higher.
