摘要
讨论了适应科学级CCD发展要求的高性能数据转换系统。在分析科学级CCD数据转换系统结构后,提出了一种以ADS1606为模数转换器的数据转换系统,详细说明了对应CDS结构,模数转换和FPGA的设计方法,以及系统电源和PCB的设计要点。测试结果表明,该系统噪声低、稳定性好,符合科学级CCD系统要求。
The progress of high performance CCD requires better data converter system. After analyzing the framework of data converter, design in integrated circuit was abnegated. ADS1606 was selected as the analog-to-digital converter of this system. The structure of CDS,the scheme of analog-to-digital part and FPGA design method, system power and PCB design outlines were illustrated in detail. The results of system testing indicated that the data converter system has low noise and fine stability, and acts in accord with the requirements of high performance CCD.
