摘要 利用随机截尾恒加寿命试验所获的数据，导出了三参数Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ分布在平方损失下，三个参数的Ｂａｙｅｓ估计。 With the data of random censoring constant stress life test,the estimation of Bayes of three parameters is derived when the 3 parameter Weibull distribution is under the condition of squares loss.And various reliability characteristics are estimated under standard stress level.
