摘要
目的:探讨兔肝VX2瘤模型及肝动脉栓塞模型建立失败的原因。方法:74只新西兰大白兔开腹直视下块种植建立肝VX2瘤模型,35只肝VX2瘤行开腹直视下肝动脉插管法建立肝VX2瘤肝动脉栓塞模型,回顾性分析上述模型建立失败的原因。结果:74只兔肝VX2瘤种植成功51只(68.92%)。未种植成功的23只中,因死亡导致失败17只,其中因麻醉死亡7只,术后腹泻死亡9只,体重〈2.0kg 14只,兔龄4月10只。35只肝动脉栓塞模型中,12只72h内死亡,16只DWI显示肝脏大范围栓塞,9只尸体解剖肉眼观察发现全肝严重栓塞。结论:术前兔的选择、术后避免出现肠道功能紊乱、根据兔身体状况确定麻醉剂量与超选择插管确保靶向栓塞对于建立兔肝VX2瘤与栓塞模型是非常重要的。
Objective To investigate the reasons of failing to set up rabbit VX2 tumor model and transhepatie artery embolism VX2 tumor model. Methods Seventy-four New Zealand rabbits were transplanted directly and intrahepatieally with VX2 tumor piece after abdom- inal cavity was opened and thirty-five rabbit liver VX2 tumor ehemoembolization models were set up by embolizing directly and transeatheterly hepatic artery with iodinated oil and ehemotherapeuties drug after abdominal cavity was opened. Failure reasons of rabbit liver VX2 tumor transplantation and setting up hepatic artery embolism model were analyzed retrospectively. Results Fifty-one rabbit liver VX2 tumor models were transplanted successfully and the rate of success was 68. 92% (51/74). Among twenty-three rabbits of unsuccessful transplantation, seventeen leaded to failure because of death including seven rabbits dying of anesthesia overdose and nine rabbits dying of bowel complaint after transplantation ,fourteen of whom the weight was no more than 2.0kg and ten of whom the age was four month. Among thirty-five rabbit liver VX2 tumor ehemoembolization models, twelve rabbits died in seventy-two hours after hepatic artery embolizated, sixteen rabbits died of wide-bound live embolism which were manifested on MR diffusion-weighted imaging and nine rabbits died of all liver embolism on macroscopic observation during autopsy. Conclusion h is very important to choose suitable rabbits for transplanting rabbit liver VX2 tumor and setting up VX2 tumor transhepatie artery ehemoemholization models, such as avoiding rabbit intestinal tract functional disorder after transplantation, choosing the suitable dose of junk according to rabbit physical status and uhraseleetionally eatheterizing in addition to all of above.
