摘要
不同浸种时间对一串铃４号冬瓜种子萌发有明显的影响。随浸种时间的延长，冬瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率迅速下降，而未经浸种处理的种子则能保持较高的发芽势和发芽率水平。无论是浸种还是直接置床。
Seed soaking time had a significant effect on germination of waxgourd‘Yichuanling’. Germinating potential and germination percentage decreased rapidly with seed soaking time. But high germinating potential and germination percentage were observed for the seeds without soaking treatment. The seed moisture only could be saturated 48 hours after both treatments of soaking and directly sowing on germination bed.
