摘要
随着移动计算技术的迅猛发展,移动学习悄然而生。使用轻巧便携的移动设备如手机、PDA等浏览WAP网站资源日渐流行,费用显著降低,这使得移动学习成为可能。深圳电大在开放教育办学过程中,及时发现学生随时随地学习的新需求,通过对移动设备和移动学习的特点分析,结合自身实际情况,建立了基于WAP方式的移动学习网,在实践中取得了良好效果,从而完善了现有的学习支持服务体系,满足了学生日益增长的多样化的学习需求。
Since the CCRTVU's pilot project of reform on personnel training mode and open education is carrying out, and with the gradually-deepened comprehension on modern distance education, Shenzhen RTVU makes full use of the social circumstances characterized with highly informationization in Shenzhen and takes all active and effective measures to construct M-learning Web covering citywide RTVU system. First of all, to detect whether the M-learning Web suits learners' realistic, and whether they are provided with the access to M-learning, a questionnaire investigation was fulfilled in June 2005. Results of the diagnoses demonstrate the feasibility of M-learning in Shenzhen. Consequently, a technical scheme was designed and executed, and the M-learning Web finally constructed with four channels: class-alteration notice, educational administration information, educational administration service, and learning platform. After primary application and collecting feedback from learners, Shenzhen RTVU, discerning the convenience provided by M-learning Web to learners, brings forward a concrete plan on further expansion on functions.
