摘要
提出了冷冻干燥草菇和菠萝的综合调压法,实验证明其冻干时间短且简单易行,并对实验所得的冻干曲线进行了分析,冻干曲线在工业化生产中有推广价值。
The synthetic method of adjusting pressure was presented in freeze drying straw mushroom and pinapple. The experimental result showed that the freeze drying time of the material was short and the method was simple and realigable. The freeze drying curves determined were analysed. It can be used in the realistic production.
