摘要
为探求清开灵注射液治疗中风的机制。以家兔自体血凝块复制脑出血模型,用干湿比重法及原子吸收分光光度计分别检测脑组织水份与Na^+、K^+、Ca^+、Mg^2+含量并且伊文斯蓝观察血脑屏障通透性变化。脑血肿形成后,脑组织水,Na^+、Ca^2+,EB含量明显增加,,K^+,Mg^2+降低,并有过度通气的血气值变化,EB含量的升高,反映出BBB受损,通透性增高。清开灵注射液能显著改善血气异常。
To observe the effect of 'Qingkailing' (QKL) on cerebral hematoma. Methods: Theexperimental cerebral hematoma models were Ptoduced by injecting autogenous clot in the rabbit.The influences of QKL on bind gas, brain index, contents of water, sodium, potassium, calcium,magnesium in brain tissues and.changes of cerebrovascular Permeability, histomorphology at the thirdday, seventh day, fourteenth day after cerebral hematoma were observed. Results: In the pathologicalgroup brain index and contents of water, Sodium, calcium of brain tissue, ventilation of lung wereincreased progressively, cerebrovascular Permeability were raised obviously, e''Pecially in the side ofhematoma (right brain). After the forming of cerebral hematoma cerebral edema was reduced, brainindex, contents of water, sodium, calcium in brain tissue and cerebrovascular Permeability, hyperven tilation were all less than pethological group and close to the control group. Conclusion: QKL was ad vantageous in the treatment of encephal edema induced by experimental cerebral hematoma.
