摘要
目的探讨染色体着丝粒点(Cd)的变异与HeLa瘤细胞染色体非整倍性畸变的关系。方法用Cd分析技术研究HeLa细胞染色体Cd的变异。结果HeLa细胞染色体Cd缺失率为2.10%、Cd迟滞复制率为0.23%;与正常人胚胎绒毛细胞染色体Cd相比较,HeLa细胞Cd缺失显著升高,而Cd迟滞复制没有显著性差异。结论HeLa细胞染色体非整倍性畸变可能主要源于Cd缺失,而Cd迟滞复制则为非主要的。
Objective:Centromeric dots(Cd) variation of HeLa cells and its relation with aneuploidy were studied. Methods:A Cd banding technique modified by this laboratory was used Results:Frequency of Cd loss in HeLa cells was significantly higher than that of normal embryonic villi. Frequency of Cd duplication laggard showed no difference between HeLa cells and normal embryonic villi. Conclusions:Cd loss might be related with aneuploidy of the cancer cells. Cd of endoduplication chromosomes was observed.
