摘要
目的研究转ＩＬ┐２基因对Ｓ┐１８０细胞贴壁生长的影响。方法光镜及扫描电镜观察细胞生长的特征。结果转ＩＬ┐２基因的Ｓ１８０细胞为扁平状，并有伪足伸出，微绒毛丰富明显变细变长，并可稳定传代。其余株仍为悬浮生长，细胞呈椭圆球状。结论原为悬浮生长的Ｓ┐１８０细胞，经转入ＩＬ┐２基因后，部分细胞伸出伪足及发生微绒毛变化，是细胞贴壁生长的形态基础。
Objectfive: The transduced IL 2 gene influencing the S180 cell growth form was studied.Methods:The growth morphology of S180 cell was observed by microscopy and scanning electromicroscopy. Results:The S180 cell transduced with IL 2 gene showed two kinds of growth form. One was flattened and surface attaching with pseudopodia as well as thin and long microvilli,the other remained suspended and ball like.Conclusions:When IL 2 gene was transduced into S180 cell,it impelled a few strains of cell changed from suspended growth to surface attaching with projecting pseudopodia and thin and long microvilli.
