摘要
目的观察硫酸吗啡缓释片控制晚期癌痛的效果。方法采用美国路坦医药公司的新型硫酸吗啡缓释片，应用于１６５例多种晚期癌患者。结果对重度疼痛的显效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为９３．３％，起始剂量和维持剂量大多数为６０ｍｇ／日。８８％病例的缓解时间在１２小时或更长。常见副反应为嗜睡、头昏、恶心、呕吐、便秘等。结论此药可作为晚期癌症剧烈疼痛的常规疗法。
Objective:The pain relieving effect of slow releasing morphine sulfate for cancer patients was studied. Methods:The slow releasing morphine sulfate (Rhotard USA) was administered orally to 165 cases with various advanced cancers. Results: The CR+PR in patients with serious pain was 93 3%, The initial and maintaining dosages for most cases were 60 mg/day. Remission time among 88% cases was 12 hours or longer. Sleepiness,dizziness,nausea,vomit and constipation were the common side effects. Conclusions: This drug can be used routinely for relieving serious pain suffered by advanced cancer patients.
