摘要
给出了质心与形心重合但偏离弹丸旋转轴的引信球转子运动方程组求解的初始条件,讨论了球转子在其腔室内运动的起动特性,包括球转子机构设计参数和弹道环境对球转子运动起动特性的影响.分析表明,球转子的解除保险工作特性不但与球转子的旋转偏心、球转子的直径等因素有关,而且更重要的是还取决于球转子相对于其腔室的初始方位,即球转子与其腔室的初始接触点在球转子上的位置.作为实例。
The initial conditions are developed for the
solution of coupled differential equations of the motion of the fuze ball rotor whose mass center
coincids with its geometric center but has an offset from spin axis of the projectile.The starting
performances of the ball rotor moving in the cavity are discussed, including the influence of
design parameter of the ball rotor and the ballistic environment on the starting performances of
the ball rotor moving in the cavity.By analysis it is shown that the ball rotor arming
performances not only relate to the factors such as the spin eccentricity of the projectile,the
diameter of the ball rotor, but the even more important thing is that it depends on the original
orientation of the ball rotor in its housing, in other words, the position of the primitive contact
point between the ball rotor and its housing on the ball rotor.As an example,the checking
calculation on starting moment of the ball rotor in certain fuzes is provided. [
