摘要
酒精生产的蒸馏设备积垢问题是当前化工设备积垢研究的重要课题之一.本文报道了甘蔗糖蜜酒精蒸馏设备积垢的基本化学成分分析结果,研究了积垢的形成与原料和生产工艺的关系。
The residue of the distillatory appartus is a subject of many studies of the residue of the chemical apparatus. In this paaper, we report the fundamental chemical composition of the distillatory apparatus residue of the products for the alcohol by using the molasses, and ivaestigate the relation between the formation of the residue and the productive material and process. Here we suggest an effective method of reducing the residue of the distillatory apparatus.
