摘要
本文利用Ｌ０ＴＵＳ１－２－３的重计算功能（ＣＡＬＣ，＜Ｆ９＞）。
Micropropagation of Ficus benjamine‘Starlight’by the axillary buds culture is achieved . Sol- id modified MS medium supplemented with 2. 0 mgL-1 6-BA(6-benzylamino purine) and 0. 1 or 0. 05 mgL-1 NAA (naphthaleneacetic acid ) is optimum for lateral buds multiplication, Recultured young branches produce many branchy young shoots , basal parts of shoots grow mass callus, and the callus surface may differentiat some adventious buds . Shoots obtained by this way are cut to small segments , about 2 or 3 cm , then , trans- fer red thom to same basal solid medium supplemented 0. 1 mgL-1 NAA , 20 gL -1 granulated sugar and 500 mgL -1 active carbon , Finally , plantlets with shoots and roots are successfully eatablished in pots.
