单频半导体激光器的量子相位噪声与场相关性的研究

摘要 本文用延时自外差拍法研究了单频半导体激光器的量子相位噪声和场的相关性。从光电流的自相关函数和功率谱出发,讨论了量子相位噪声对相干检测系统的影响。一般情况下,光电流功率谱是由δ函数部分和近似的罗伦兹部分所组成,这对半导体激光器的相干测量有着重要的意义。 In this paper, the correlation between quantum phase noise and field of single frequency semiconductor laser is investigated with the method of self-delayed heterodyne. The influence of quamtum phase noise on coherent detection system is discussed in terms of photocurrent auto correlative and power spectral functions. In general, photocurrent power spectrum consists of delta function and qnasi-Lorentzian shape portion, which is of great significance for the coherent measurement of semiconductor lasers.
