摘要
经检测,输出功率为750W 的微波对玻璃表面白色念珠菌杀灭的 D_(10)值为9.8分钟。正交试验结果表明,3个影响杀菌效果因素的最佳选择为:输出功率525W,作用时间24分钟,水负载量400ml。
The efficacy of microwave in killing Candida albicans was studied using a microwave oven with frequency of 2450 MHz and output power of 750 W.Examination indicated that under the condition of loading water 1200 ml,the D_(10) value of microwave at 750 W output power for killing Candida albicans on glass surface was 9.8 min. The results of orthogonal test indicated that the best choice of 3 factors influencing the fungicidal efficacy was output power 525 W,exposure time 24 min and water load 400 ml.By comparison within the conditions of this experiment,exposure time showed the greatest influ- ence and only the results of different periods of exposure among the 3 factors showed signifi- cant difference.
