摘要
目的观察康惠尔水胶体敷料治疗压疮的临床效果。方法将60例压疮病人随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组30例,采用康惠尔水胶体敷料换药;对照组30例,采用常规护理。2组进行观察比较1个疗程（10d）的愈合例数、愈合率及有效率和3个疗程的愈合时间,并采用统计学分析。结果观察组与对照组比较,愈合时间明显缩短,愈合率及有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论康惠尔水胶体敷料治疗压疮效果确切,疗程短,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Comfeel hydrocolloid dressings on healing of pressure ulcers.Methods 60 pressure ulcers patients were divided into observe group（30 patients）using Comfeel hydrocolloid dressings and comparative group（30 patients）using regular nursing.The healing up cases,ratio of healing up and efficiency in 1 period of treatment（10 days）and the time of healing up in 3 period of treatment（30 days）were compared between two groups.Results Comparing with comparative group,the observe group have short time of healing up,high ration of healing up and efficiency（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Comfeel hydrocolloid dressings is beneficial for treatment of pressure ulcers,which is worth to spreading out in clinic.
