摘要
目的探索治疗冻疮的有效方法。方法90例Ⅱ～Ⅳ度冻疮患者,随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规的治疗方法：即冻疮膏加皮质甾软膏外敷冻疮,实验组采用甘油蜂蜜混合液治疗。结果对照组治愈率85%,平均治愈时间（14.5±2.9）d,创口愈合产生瘢痕和干裂,而且治疗过程中药物产生反跳副作用。实验组治愈率95%,平均治愈时间（7.5±2.8）d,创口愈合不产生瘢痕和干裂,药物无任何副作用。结论甘油蜂蜜混液治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ度冻疮是一种可靠的方法,具有治愈率高,治疗的时间短不产生瘢痕,大面积坏疸冻疮上皮覆盖好等优点。
Objective To explore the best therapy of chilblain.Methods 90 patients with Ⅱ～Ⅳ degree chilblain were divided randomly into control group and experimentation group.Patients in control group received routine treatment way（used the Chilblain Ointment and cortex ointment to sprend the wound）.Those in experimentation group adopted glycerin and honey mixed liquid to treat the wound.Results The curing rate of control group was 85% and the average cure time was（14.5±2.9）days;some of their wounds came into being scar and split and also appeared some drug rebound side-effect.The curing rate of experimentation group was 95% and the average cure time was（7.5±2.8）days,and without any scar or split or drug side-effect.Conclusions Glycerin and honey mixed liquid is a reliable treatment to Ⅱ～Ⅳ degree chilblain,and has many merits such as high cure rate,short cure time,no scar or split,and so on.
