摘要
目的探讨护士长个性特征与业绩的相关性。方法采用艾森克个性问题(成人)(EPQ)对106例护士长进行护士长个性特征与业绩关系的测评研究。结果优秀组护士长与一般组护士长的神经质、精神质、内外向因子均有显著性差异,护理工作业绩优秀的护士长个性特征中具有稳重、性情温和、善于自我控制,能较好地适应环境、不粗暴,性格略偏外向、好交际等特点。结论建议在选拔护士长中将个性特征测试作为参照条件之一,做到适才适所。
Objective To explore the relationship between the head nurse’s personality character and their working achievement. Methods 106 head nurses were investigated by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ). Results There were significant differences in P Dimension and N Dimension and E Dimension between excellent head nurse group and common head nurse group. The excellent head nurses were steady, calm, gentle and extroversion. Conclusions It is suggested that the head nurse’s personality test should be used as a reference condition in their selecting.
