摘要
本文根据两年的调查和实验,分析了第二松花江中、下游江段的水质污染对生物群落结构的影响,重点阐述了汞在第二松花江二个江段水生态系中的迁移、积累和循环过程。研究结果表明:两个江段的生物群落结构因水质污染程度不同而有较大差异,群落中的生物对汞都有较强的富集能力,食物链各营养级的BCF(Bioconcent ration Factor)范围为200-15000,并随着营养级的升高而增大。证实了生物学积累(Biologioal Accumulation)和沿食物链而进行的生物学放大(Biological Magnification)是汞在水生态系中迁移、积累和循环的基本途径。江水中汞的含量是影响有机体生物学积累的主要因素。
This paper is to present the effects of mercury polluton on the structure of community in the middle and lower reaches of the second Songhua River based on the result of our investigation, and to mainly clarify the process transport, accumulation and circulation of mercury. The difference of the structure of community between the two parts in the river, where the degree of water pollution is different, is obious. The creature in the community had strong ablity to enrich mercury. The range of BCF was 200-15000, where the higher trophic level of food chain, the bigger BCF. This study proved that the biological accumulation and biological magnification along the food chain is the basic way for the transport, accumulation and circulation of the mercury in ecosystem. The main factor affecting the biological accumulation for organisms is the mercury contents in the river.
