喷雾干燥破膜血球蛋白粉替代血粉对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响 被引量:5

The effects of SDBC to substitute blood meal on growth performance of weaned piglets

摘要 试验采用单因子试验设计,选用60头(28±2)日龄断奶,体重(7.08±0.82)kg二元杂交仔猪,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复4只猪,分别用0、1.76%、3.52%喷雾干燥破膜血球蛋白粉(SDBC)取代仔猪基础日粮(玉米-豆粕型,添加4%的血粉)中血粉的0、50%、100%,研究SDBC部分或全部替代血粉对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化率和血液指标的影响。经过28d的试验,结果表明:与对照组相比,1.76%SDBC组和3.52%SDBC组均可显著提高仔猪ADG、降低F/G。而且1.76%SDBC组的ADG和F/G分别比对照组提高了24.7%和降低了14.1%,其养分消化率也最高。由此可见,SDBC能够完全替代血粉,但以添加1.76%SDBC替代50%的血粉效果最好。 The design of single factor was adopted to determine the effects of SDBC on growth perfor- mance of weaned piglets compared to blood meal. There were three treatments. Sixty crossbred piglets (7.08±0.82) kg were adopted to determine the effects of SDBC on growth performance of weaned piglets compared to blood meal. 0, 50% and 100% blood meal of diets was substituted with 0,1.76% and 3.52% SDBC respectively and all treatments diets contained the similar level of nutrients. The result indicated that the ADG, ADFI, G/F of the diet containing 1.76% and 3.52% SDBC treatments were higher than blood meal treatment. Compared to 1.76% SDBC and blood meal treatments, the ADG and G/F of 1.76% SDBC treatment increased by 24.7% and decrease 14.1%.The digestibility of nitrogen, energy for 1.76% SDBC group was highest. With the increase of SDBC in diet, the content of total protein (TP), serum urea nitrogen(BUN) increased.The content of serum glucose(Glu) for 1.76% SDBC group was highest.
