光栅单色仪和光电倍增管的偏振效应 被引量:8

摘要 本文对44W光栅单色仪及光电倍增管(GDB-423型和R 456型)的偏振效应进行了研究。在4200—7400 波长范围内给出了偏振效应随波长的变化情况。结果表明:在所研究的光谱范围内,光栅的偏振效应特别显著,随波长变化很明显。而光电倍增管的偏振效应随波长变化比较缓慢,且绝对值也较小。因此,在光谱测量中,特别是在偏光测量中,光栅的偏振效应的影响是不能忽略的。 We have studied the variation of the polarization effects with the wavelength for 44W grating monochromator and photomultiplier tubes (GDB-423 and R456 model). The experimental results show that the variation of the polarization effects of the grating with the wavelength is very large in the wavelength range of 420nm—740nm, but the polarization effects of the PM shows the small change with the wavelength. Thus, in spectral measurements, especially in polarization measurements the polarization effects of the grating must be considered.
