摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱分析技术(GC-MS)分析了金银花浸膏的挥发性成分和相对含量进行了分析,共鉴定出67种成分,主要为亚油酸甲酯、棕榈酸、十八碳烯酸甲酯、棕榈酸甲酯、亚麻酸甲酯、芳樟醇、棕榈酸乙酯、亚油酸乙酯、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸、亚麻酸乙酯等。对金银花浸膏在卷烟中进行了添加实验,发现添加了金银花浸膏的卷烟刺激性明显得到降低、烟香更加柔和、具有更好的抽吸口感。
The volatile components in the honeysuckle extract were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, sixty-seven kinds of compositions were Identified, and the major compounds are methyl lino, palmitic acid, octadecenoic acid-methyl ester, methyl palmitate, methyl linolenate, L-linalool, ethyl palmitate, ethyl linoleate, linoleic acid, myristic acid, ethyl linolenate and so on. The experiment improved the smoking quality of cigarette was obviously improved when added honeysuckle extract in cigarette.
