摘要
本文介绍了激光焊接金刚石工具的发展以及预合金粉末在激光焊接金刚石工具过渡层中的应用。分别对预合金粉末和混合粉末烧结得到的胎体进行了三点抗弯强度实验和焊接实验。实验结果表明:自行研制的超细预合金粉末S-1的烧结温度在750-850℃,抗弯强度在800-1300 MPa,激光焊接强度高于40 N·m,焊接强度变化小于4 N·m;在800℃烧结时,与混合粉末比较,使用超细预合金粉末,胎体的三点抗弯强度由1050 MPa提高到1300 MPa,焊接强度由36 N·m提高到44 N·m。
In the present paper,the development of laser welding diamond tools and the application of pre-alloyed powders used as backing powder in laser welding diamond tools was introduced. The matrixes were analyzed by 3-point bending strength test and laser welding strength test. The experiments revealed that,the sintering temperature of superfine pre - alloyed powder S - 1 was about 750 - 850 ~C, the bending strength of matrix about 800 - 1300 MPa, the torque of laser welding above 40 N · m, and the torque in this 100 ℃ range is constant (within 4 N · m), Sintered under 800 ℃,compared with mixed-powders,the 3-point bending strength of matrix manufactured with superfine pre-alloyed powder was improved from 1050 MPa to 1300 MPa,.and the torque increased from 36 N· m to 44 N · m.
