板型对深肋组合扁梁楼盖板的设计影响分析

摘要 在深肋组合扁梁楼盖的设计中,压型钢板的板型对深肋组合扁梁楼盖的刚度、承载力等承载性能有着重要的影响.合理地选择压型钢板板型,不仅能提高深肋组合扁梁楼盖承载性能,而且能获得很好的经济效益.采用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立了不同板型的深肋组合扁梁楼盖模型,并对深肋组合扁梁楼盖的承载性能与有效宽度进行了非线性有限元分析,对压型钢板肋高、肋宽等因素的影响进行了研究.最后根据计算分析结果对深肋压型钢板板型的合理化设计提出了建议. For the steel-concrete composite slim floors, the deck shape has a significant influence on the loading capacity of the composite slim floor with deep deck and the rationalization of deck shape will not only improve the loading capacity of composite slim floors, but also bring on a good economic performance. In this paper, four FE models are established to simulate composite slim floors with different types of decks by software package ANSYS. The influence of decks in different shapes on the stiffness, loading capacity and effective width of composite slim floor are investigated. According to the results, some suggestions are proposed for the design of composite slim floor.
