双亲共聚物诱导下的复合碳酸钙形貌研究

摘要 在苯乙烯-丙烯酸无规共聚物的钠盐水溶液中合成了尺寸均一的球形碳酸钙复合物。聚合物的分子量、浓度、及合成碳酸钙的配比条件对复合物的形貌及内部微观结构具有明显的影响作用:较高分子量的聚合物有利于球状形貌的生成;较高的聚合物浓度诱导生成较小尺寸的球形碳酸钙;而共聚物与钙离子的配比直接影响复合物次级颗粒形貌与排列状况。认为聚合物中特定的亲水性链节形成了碳酸钙的晶核,并进一步诱导其晶体生长,生成由大量纳米级小颗粒团聚而成的球形复合物。 The spherical CaCO3 compounds with even size are synthesized in the sodium salt solution of the amphiphilic random copolymer of acrylic acid and styrene. XRD measurement proves that the crystal inside the compound is calcite. It is found that the molecular weight, the concentration of the copolymer and its mass ratio to CaCO3 affect the compound morphology obviously. The results show that the higher molecular weight of the copolymer, the easier obtain of the spherical shaped compound; the higher concentration of the copolymer, the smaller diameter of the compound; while the change of the mass ratio of the copolymer to CaCO3 influence the shape and arrangement of the sub-crystalline. Geometric matching and electrical matching is proposed as the key factor of the spherical calcite compound formation.
