摘要
基于各种隔声机理,运用玻璃纤维织物的高吸声性,PVC的高阻尼以及炼钢炉渣的高密度等特点,将炼钢炉渣粉填充到玻璃纤维织物/聚氯乙烯复合材料中制备了一种隔声材料,用双声道分析仪,分析研究了其隔声性能;利用SEM、万能材料试验机等对材料的结构形态、力学性能、刚柔性等进行了测试。结果表明:炼钢炉渣粉填充到复合材料中提高了材料的隔声性能,在中频段(500-1000Hz)隔声量达到20dB左右,而且仍然保持了材料的柔韧性。
Based on all kinds of soundproof mechanisms, a material is prepared by filling the glass fabric/polyvinyl chloride(PVC) composite material with steel-making slag powder. It utilizes the high sound absorption of glass fabric, high damping of PVC, high density of steel-making slag and so on. The sound insulation performance of this material is determined with a two-channel acoustic analyzer. The structure , mechanical properties and flexibility were also investigated via SEM,etc. The results show that the sound insulation properties of the composite material are better than those of the material unfilled with steel-making furnace slag powder and its sound insulation amount reaches about 20dB in the range of middle frequencies(500-1 000 Hz), but its flexibility still remains.
