原子捕集法原子吸收光谱测定铅的机理研究 被引量:9

摘要 原子捕集技术是一种简单易行的方法。它首先由Stenphens提出,West等人作了较多的工作。该法是一种在火焰原子吸收测量中浓缩待测原子的预富集技术,被富集的原子可以提供较强的吸光信号,从而提高了测定灵敏度。它与溶剂萃取、离子交换等常规预富集方法比较,有省去加入化学试剂及预处理等优点,不但缩短了分析时间而且大大地提高了分析的灵敏度。本文系统地研究了原子捕集技术测定铅的影响条件和捕集机理。 The effects of various conditions and mechanism on determination of lead by atom-trapping atomic absorption spectrometry have been studied in detail. The bes tsensitivity was obtained when fuel-lean flame was used for collection. The characteristic concentration (μg/ml for 1% absorption) of 0.00027μg/ml was obtained for 0.04μg/ml of lead solution after catching 4 min. The atomic-catch ing technique increased in sensitivity of 148 fold. It Was found by analyte of catching material, lead in solution combines with silica at the surface of the quartz atom-catching tube and is collected in the form of lead silicate, meanwhile, the lead silicate can be destoried by spraying ammonium bifluoride solution at the same time lead is released quickly.
