摘要
目的:探讨内窥镜、腹腔镜联合治疗肝胆胰疾病的方法和临床疗效。方法:回顾分析1999年12月至2005年12月用内镜、腹腔镜联合治疗3597例肝胆胰疾病的临床资料。结果:内窥镜、腹腔镜联合治疗肝硬化、门脉高压症23例,胆道疾病2846例,胰腺疾病728例,均取得了较好的临床疗效,术后未出现严重并发症。结论:灵活掌握和运用内窥镜、腹腔镜联合治疗肝、胆、胰疾病是可行、有效的,能最大限度的发挥软硬镜的优势,达到理想的微创治疗效果。
Objective：To explore the method and clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with endoscopy in treatment of hepato-biliary-pancreatic diseases.Methods：The clinical data of 3 597 cases of hepato-biliary-pancreatic diseases treated by laparoscopy combined with endoscopy from Dec.1999 to Dec.2005 was analyzed retrospectively.Results：The 3 597 patients were successfully treated by laparoscopy combined with endoscopy.23 cases were portal hypertension of hepatic cirrhosis,2 846 cases were bile duct diseases,728 cases were pancreatic diseases.The clinical effect was satisfied without serious complications.Conclusions：Grasping and applying the technique flexibly of treating hepato-biliary-pancreatic diseases by laparoscopy combined with endoscopy can develop the superiority of flexible and stiff endoscopy extremely,reaching the satisfactory minimally invasive effect.
