摘要
Cr的化学形态分析是环境化学的重要课题之一。由于Cr^(3+)是维持生物体内葡萄糖的平衡及蛋白质和脂肪代谢所必须的微量元素,缺Cr^(3+)后胰岛素的生物活性降低,糖耐受量受损,严重时出现尿糖;而Cr^(6+)对人体有毒害作用,能干扰许多重要酶的活性,诱发肺癌等恶性肿瘤,两者的生理效能与生物学作用截然不同。所以,从环境科学的角度来看单纯测定总Cr的含量还远远不够,研究不同形态的分离及测定方法很有必要。
Coprecipitation with metal chelate complex formation has been studied for determining Cr^(3+) and Cr^(6+)·As coprecipitation carriers, several pairs of metal ions and chelating agents were investigated. DDTC-Mn^(2+) was better than others in separation of Cr^(3+) and Cr^(6+)·The method was used for determination of Cr^(3+) and Cr^(6+) in natural water, and good results have been gained.
