镁铝铁复合氧化物脱除低浓度二氧化硫研究 被引量:2

Studies on DeSO_x Performance of Mg/Al/Fe Mixed Oxides Derived from Hydrotalcites

摘要 以水滑石为前驱体,制备了一系列铁镁铝复合氧化物,并采用XRD对其结构进行表征。研究这类氧化物脱除低浓度二氧化硫的反应活性。结果表明:含铁水滑石焙烧产物吸附低浓度二氧化硫的性能良好。在大于600℃吸附温度下,具有较好吸附性能。吸附剂本身制备条件对吸附性能影响较明显。负载Fe_2O_3后吸附性能明显提高。氢还原是再生吸附剂的可行方法。 A series of Mg/A1/Fe mixed oxides derived from hydrotalcite-like materials had been prepared and their crystal structures had been characterized by means of XRD. The reactivity of these kinds of mixed oxides with sulfur dioxide were studied. The results reveal that high reactivity was observed on the mixed oxides containing iron when absorded dilute SO2. Experiments show that the mixed oxides has high adsorption rate at temperature above 600~C. Preparation conditions make great influence on the DeSOx prdperty. Fe2O/Mg(Al)O has better adsorb activity compared to Mg(Al) O. Hydrogen reduction is a reasonable way to regenerate the sorbent and thus recycleable.
