不同煅烧时间的纳米N-TiO_2粉体制备及表征 被引量:3

Preparation and Characterization of N-TiO_2 Nano-powders for Different Calcined Time

摘要 以钛酸丁酯为原料制备TiO_2粉体,在管式炉中600℃与NH_3经不同反应时间制备N-TiO_2粉体样品。通过X射线衍射、光电子谱和紫外-可见光谱对产物进行了表征。结果表明,制得的粉体为锐钛矿型结构,粒径约为20nm,氮进入到了TiO_2晶格部分取代了氧的位置,形成新的TiO_(2-x)N_x晶格。 Nanoparticles of N-doped TiO2 ( N-TiO2 ) were prepared using titanium dioxide nano-powders and ammonia calcined at a certain temperature of 600℃ in pipe-still heater. The samples were modified by nitrogen doping in 3h ,4h ,Sh respectively. The prepared powders were characterized by XRD ,XPS and UV-Vis absorbance spectra. The results show that the crystal structure of N-TiO2 is anatase, the average particle size is about 20nm and the optical absorption edge of powder is significantly extended from 387nm to about 520nm that is in the visible-light range. N partly takes the place of O in TiO2 crystal lattice and forms a new TiO2-xNx crystal lattice.
